For the purpose of its own credit check, the Halbach company shall call up creditworthiness information from the institutes mentioned on the basis of mathematical and statistical processes.
In these instances, the institute mentioned will be notified of the stock corporation, company name (or first name and surname in the event of solo traders), street, building number, postcode, town and data of birth if required. Halbach ensures that the institute mentioned exclusively processes and/or uses your data for the purpose intended.
All credit checks take place to prevent any issues with payment transactions. The data exchange between Halbach and other counterparties protects online trade from damages which have a long-term effect on sales prices. This means that you as the end customer also benefit from the revision of customer data for this purpose.
Data transfer upon conclusion of contract for the purchase and dispatch of goods
